WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

Life can be unpredictable, especially when caring for a beloved pet. Because this workshop is limited, registration secures a reserved spot, making last-minute cancellations difficult to accommodate.

To balance fairness and flexibility, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations for Full Payment Registrations (Early Bird/Regular Price)

🔹 If you cancel before the specified cancellation deadline:
You may receive a 50% refund of your total payment.
You may also transfer your spot to another participant (this must be arranged by the specified date in your confirmation email).
🔹 If you cancel on or after the specified cancellation deadline, No refunds are available.
However, you may transfer your spot* to another participant before the specified date in your confirmation email.

Cancellations for Two-Payment Plan Registrations (Early Bird/Regular Price)

The $ deposit is non-refundable as it secures your spot.
The second payment will be billed on the date specified in your confirmation email.
🔹 If you cancel before the specified cancellation deadline, You are not responsible for the second payment.
🔹 If you cancel after the specified cancellation deadline, You are responsible for the remaining balance, as your spot has been reserved.
You may transfer your spot* to another participant before the specified date in your confirmation email.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else before the specified date in your confirmation email.

LIMITATIONS ON USING THE WORKSHOP, COURSE, CLASSES:

Access to Course Materials:

You will have access to the course materials for 30 days after each class and may download the supplementary support materials (e.g., PDFs and worksheets) for personal use only. The class videos will be available for streaming on YouTube via private links and will remain accessible for 6 months after the course ends.

When downloading the supplementary materials, you will have a copy provided for personal use only. You agree not to store, share, or distribute the course content or videos with anyone else. You also agree not to use the course content for any commercial purposes.

Once downloaded, the materials are yours to keep, but they are intended solely for your own use and should not be shared, redistributed, or passed on to others. This ensures the continued quality and integrity of the content for all participants.

COURSE CONTENT PRIVACY:

You agree not to share the links or content of this course with anyone else. This ensures that I can maintain the quality of content for you and others who have invested in this information and experience. All content and curriculum in this course are copyrighted and fully protected by law. Legal consequences may arise if it is found to be distributed, used without permission or without referencing "End & After" as the source of that content.

END AND AFTER: PHOTOGRAPH, VIDEO AND TESTIMONIAL RELEASE FORM FOR EDUCATIONAL AND PROMOTIONAL USE

I hereby grant permission for the rights to my image, likeness, and voice sound as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area. By signing this release, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in a public educational setting. I will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recordings for any purpose other than those listed above. There is no time limit on the validity of this release, nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This release applies to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of the sessions listed on this document only. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound by it. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.
